Nail art - coloured leopard print

Nail art has been a huge trend over the past year and it continues to grow. There are so many tutorials out there but they can often be complicated, so I thought I'd show you how i do my nails in really quick and simple way!

Tools:

Tools are mimimal. All you will need is a toothpick, black nail polish, 2 bright nail polishes of your choice (one as a base coat and one for the actual pattern) and a clear nail polish to seal in your design.

Method:

1) Paint your nail evenly in your base colour. Let it dry, then do a second coat

2) Next, utilizing your second colour, place an odd number of dots using the tip of the nail polish brush randomly over the nail. It  doesnt need to be too neat!

3) Using your toothpick create brackets around the coloured dots using the black nail polish. Add some random black dots in open spaces on the base colour. Make sure they are small and few & far between!

4) Seal in your design with a clear topcoat. Don't resume normal activites until at least 10 minutes have passed to avoid any smudging
